Have you always wanted to find out more about playing at liberty with your horse? Here is your chance! Not only is a great way to develop an enhanced connection with your horse, it is a huge amount of fun too. Playing with no ropes attached feels like dancing with your horse and is especially useful for developing trust and communication. Liberty play can really help people to increase feelings of shared confidence between horse and human too. A real bonus if you feel your confidence in your horsemanship has slipped a little.
Flow Horsemanship Development Centre is hosting a number of one and two day workshops throughout August. Spaces are available with your own horse or as a spectator. If you are looking for a new way to add more fun and understanding to your partnership, liberty is definitely for you. It is also a great way to produce a foundation for younger horses prior to riding and is also a wonderful way to keep older horses happy, fit and engaged if they are no longer able to be ridden.
