If you haven't been to Brecon Indoor Market recently you might be surprised as the variety and quality of goods on offer there.
There are several new stalls including a vinyl and CDs stall, shabby chic and upcycled homewares and handmade textile goods.
Regular sellers include Usborne Chukdren's Books, Mike with his range of fashion clothing, Roy's tools, Jewellety, guitars and accessories, Janet Williams home baking (welsh cakes cooked on the spot), Albert Rees the Butcher with meat from Carmarthen, Centre of Attention - a satellite stall with goods from their lovely shop in Lion St, Ola - a paper weaver from Poland, and Pip's Hot Chocolate.
If you're looking for crystals, incense and candles you must visit Jules and Drew's stall and while you're there, check out the Country Market Stall which has a huge range of home baked and home grown products. There's even a rug stall at the Friday market, with a huge selection to choose from.
The Indoor Market is open every Tuesday, Friday and some Saturdays. Brecon is known as a market town so it's important that the market is supported by local people throughout the year as well as by visitors. Call in if you can. It's open 9.30 - 5.00. You'll find more than we've been able to list here - you won't be disappointed!
We mustn't forget the bouncy castle either - there during summer holidays.
