Brecon Cathedral stages a Welsh Concert on Monday July 22 hosted by Sir Tim Ackroyd, to celebrate Zulu King Goodwill Zwelithini’s vist to Wales.
The concert will feature performances by rising musical stars from The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama as well as a set by Aberhonddu Male Choir.
Among the musicians taking part in the evening is harpist Emily Harris. Emily is a graduate from the University of Birmingham and is currently completing her masters. Emily's performance history includes appearances in Carnegie Hall, Central Park Bandstand, The Royal Albert Hall, Symphony Hall and St. David's Hall.
In addition, soloists Ben Anthony and Emily Pugh will sing at the concert in honour of the Zulu King, which will be compered by actor Sir Tim Ackroyd.
