On Sunday 30th June two Fighters from Verve Kickboxing Club in Brecon joined hundreds of others from England, Wales, Scotland and USA in the ITS British Championship.
Aaron Griffiths (Adult) fought in both the continuous and points style kickboxing competitions and won Silver in points and Bronze in the Continuous. Beau Dimmock also fought in the Points and Continuous – Beau won Silver in Points and Gold in Continuous. Making Beau the under 12 ITS British Kickboxing Champion 2019.
For both Aaron and Beau this was their first competition. Verve Kickboxing Brecon is run by Rich Wootten 1st Dan Black Belt who was a referee for the championship.
Verve Kickboxing Brecon train at Ysgol-Y-Bannau school on Mon and Thu 6.30pm-7.30pm, with optional sparring afterwards, the club takes people from age 4 upwards.
