Seasonal Finds is Found Gallery in Brecon’s exhibition for Christmas with the beautiful and evocative landscapes in watercolour and oils by Llangadog based artist, Duncan Macdonald Johnson. Painted in gentle natural colours the 16 paintings feature autumn, winter, spring & summer scenes of Cardiganshire, the Cambrian Mountains, The Brecon Beacons as well as Monmouthshire alongside a standalone one of Arisaig in Scotland.
Judith Stroud’s moulded paper prints with their wonderful quirkiness and sparkle use vintage water-colours inherited from her Great Uncle Wilfrid who was a Victorian lepidopterist!
Found has been delighted to welcome ceramicist, Justine Allison, to their Christmas exhibition. The show includes a selection of her delicate, hand built porcelain vessels and bowls. Justine was selected as a member of the Craft Potters Association this year.
