A joyful and colourful exhibition featuring Welsh Border scenes painted in pastel by artist Sue Campion, photographer Richard Greatrex’s project ‘Cuba Noticed’ with ceramicists Rachel Foxwell & Spencer Penn alongside paper cut artist Sharon Curtis. Vibrant Finds also includes the traditionally woven throws of Rhian Wyman with the colours of the exhibition all complimented by jewellery from Somerset based jeweller, Clare Lloyd. Found is also delighted to welcome back artist Phillip Ross.
Sue Campion is a leading pastel landscape painter who lives in Shrewsbury and is a member of the Royal Society of British Artists, she exhibits regularly in London. Richard Greatrex was a Cinematographer and a Director of Photography for 30 years and was nominated for a British Film and Television Award and a four times for a BAFTA, winning a BAFTA for ‘A Woman in White’. He was nominated for an Oscar for Shakespeare in Love. Richard uses the tools of the cinema in his photography. His Cuba series is a fascinating insight into a complex country.
