If anything can cheer me up in this lockdown time then it's Zumba, hopping about for an hour with nothing to think about. Whether you have done it before, or if you just want to try it, it's easy, just "follow the leader" style movents, its good exercise for the whole body (low to medium intensity, depending on how much you put into it - I get sweaty every time because I get carried away by the funky cheerful music) - give it a try.
