We are on the look out for an experienced administrative assistant to join our busy office team.
You will be the backbone of our bookings systems as well as looking after everyday office functions and other administrative jobs.
You will be dealing with phone calls, bookings via our table booking system ResDiary and also looking after room reservations for our 8 rooms using a PMS system called Hotel Perfect
You will have daily face to face contact with our guests who you will be helping to check in and welcoming to the site.

You will need to be able to operate Windows 10 including Outlook & Excel to a good level. Full training on internal procedures will be given.

Hours are between 10-12 hrs a week, perhaps moving to a higher number of hours depending on fit and the needs of the business.
Hours worked will be a little different to standards office work so these will be on a roster basis and will include daytime, evening, weekend and public holiday work.
