Over 12 weeks you will:

• help improve heart health and reduce risk of heart disease.
• improve cardiovascular fitness
• establish healthy habits to support a long-term healthy lifestyle – this isn’t a quick fix.

• Nutrition, health and lifestyle assessment
• Agreed short, medium and long term goals.
• Breakdown of daily macronutrients your body needs, based on your daily energy requirements with
nutrition advice.
• Weekly support telephone call to help you stay on track to reach your goals.
• Semi-private strength training, twice a week in a new studio environment.
• Access to a private Strong Woman Facebook Group with recipe inspiration, meal prepping ideas and
more health and fitness information.
