The Gwent Chamber Orchestra will give the pre-Christmas concert of popular works by Corelli, Mozart, Vivaldi and Taverner at Llansantffraed Church, near Talybont-on-Usk on Sunday 10th December at 3.00pm. This popular string orchestra is made up of professionals and gifted amateurs based in South and Mid-Wale, conducted by Stephen Broom. The concert will last approximately 75 minutes with mulled wine and mince pies to follow. All included in the £10 ticket.
Llansantffraed's iconic Victorian rural church has an excellent acoustic and layout for concert performances. It is located 6 miles south-east of Brecon on the A40 at the Talybont-on-Usk turning - postcode LD3 7YF. Parking is in the lay-bys near the church on the A40 a little closer to Brecon.
