A Ceilidh Evening in aid of The Mozart Music Fund takes place on Friday 19th September at 7.00pm ('til 10.30pm) at Henderson Hall, Talybont-on-Usk (near Brecon).
The Cambridge University Ceilidh Band (and caller) will play.
The Mozart Music Fund provides vital financial support for young musicians in South Powys who otherwise wouldn't have the opportunity to learn an instrument or have singing lessons.
Great local beers and cider from Brecon Brewing and a hearty buffet.
Tickets in advance from Tim Cronin (timcronin.spym@gmail.com) are £7.50 & £5.00 (under 18s) - the buffet is included in the ticket price. Soft drinks will be available too of course.
Tim says: "Please do come along for a fun evening of ceilidh dancing (no previous experience necessary...) with a fantastic band and quality ales, at the same time supporting this increasingly in-demand charitable arm of the Brecon Beacons Music Trust.
"ALL proceeds will go directly to the MMF - the band are playing for free and Brecon Brewing are doing us a very generous deal, so costs will be minimal."
